Every service is carried out by an Ochsner-trained engineer using manufacturer procedures and genuine parts. Here's what we check and do on most visits:
• Engineer travel and labour for the service
• Clean the evaporator coil and fins, removing leaves, dirt and debris
• Inspect the fan, fan blades and motor for wear, balance and noise
• Check the unit's mountings, anti-vibration feet and casing
• Check the defrost function
• Leak testing of the refrigerant system
• Review operating pressures and temperatures where required
• Check the compressor, expansion value and solenoids
• Check circulating pumps, diverter valves and the immersion heater
• Check cylinder safety valves
• Inspect wiring, terminals and connections for tightness and heat damage
• Check controller's fault and alarm history
• Review heating curve and settings for efficiency
• Written service report with findings
